Uniforms at Lava

The Los Angeles Volleyball Academy is sponsored in partnership with adidas, an athletic apparel, shoe, and sport gear company (the logo and name is uncapitalized). adidas has been LAVA's jersey and apparel provider since our inception.

LAVA athletes and coaches are all outfitted in adidas gear.

Do you need uniform assistance?

Athletes or parents of athletes on LAVA teams (girls teams or SMBC Boys teams) can use the form below to communicate with our staff regarding their uniform needs. You can purchase new items, exchange, amend, or adjust current orders and items, and ask general questions that will be responded too in a timely manner.

LAVA GIRLS - UNIFORM ITEM PURCHASE FORM 2019-2020

Hello Parents and Players of LAVA Girls -

This Uniform Item Purchase Form is designed to assist with our efforts to ensure every player has their uniform order correctly administered, as well as to assist in ordering extra items if you are so inclined. This form can be used for the following:

# - Ordering new uniform or spirit wear items
# - Adjusting, amending, or exchanging items from a previous order
