Lava West 16 Adidas is the dominant 16's team in the Conejo Valley each and every season. West Director Trevor Julian has head coached the 16 Adidas team since 2015. During his tenure, Lava West 16 Adidas has qualified for Junior Nationals three times ('16, '17, '18), won three medals in national competition (Gold '16, Bronze '17, Silver '19), finished #3 overall in the region ('17), and finished Top Five in multiple additional national tournaments. The team is a consistent presence in the upper echelons of the SCVA or PVL.
