Athletes who play for LAVA on either our club teams or in any of our myriad programs have many avenues by which they can receive financial assistance, including a variety of ways in which we assist them in self-fundraising. Please see below to learn more about the the various programs the LAVA Foundation offers in the realm of financial assistance.

# - Need-Based Aid ... We offer generous need-based financial aid for athletes and families who qualify. This does require an application process and our friendly staff will help guide you through the process.

# - Media Guide ... Our annual Media Guide is the most popular way athletes self-raise funds.

# - Volunteer ... We offer volunteer programs to help cover some athlete playing costs.

# - Sponsorship ... Third-party sponsorships are tax-deductible to the donor.

The LAVA Foundation also serves to help families, businesses, or communities who have experienced extreme hardship, trauma, or loss. We do not publicize those we give our own form of charitable contributions to, but each and every case is special to us and holds a place in our hearts. There is no formal application process.
