The LAVA Foundation was established in 2010 as the non-profit arm of the Los Angeles Volleyball Academy. LAVA is committed to its fundraising efforts and is constantly improving its overall system. Thank you for your interest in helping raise funds for our myriad special assistance programs — your generosity is greatly appreciated.

FOUNDATION PURPOSE #1

- FUNDRAISING -

To raise funds and oversee all of LAVA's fundraising efforts, to help generate those opportunity dollars utilized by our financial assistance department.

To provide all interested parties - companies, individuals, etc - with an avenue to tax incentive giving, which can also be used to assist families.

INDIVIDUAL & BUSINESS CHARITABLE GIVING

The LAVA Foundation is a 501-C3 public benefits and educational non-profit organization (a separate and standalone corporation from Los Angeles Volleyball Academy, Inc.) committed to raising funds for its myriad foundational purposes, all of which benefit kids, parents, families, and the community as a whole. Our fundraising efforts generate dollars that are later distributed to beneficiaries via our financial assistance and need-based aid programs, and community giving. Donations to the Foundation are fully tax deductible.

PERSONAL CHARITABLE GIVING

We appreciate your interest in donating to the LAVA Foundation, either as an individual or on behalf of your family. We accept personal private tax-deductible donations.

To donate by check, please mail check (payable to LAVA Foundation) to LAVA Foundation, 4653 Burnet Avenue, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403. For credit card donation, please contact our staff directly.

BUSINESS & CORPORATE GIVING

We gladly accept business and corporate giving. Many businesses look to donate dollars at the end of the calendar year or the end of their corporate business year to off-set significant profits; please consider giving to the LAVA Foundation.

For small business or corporate giving, please contact our staff directly and we will coordinate your fully tax-deductible donation.

Athletes who play for LAVA on either our club teams or in any of our myriad programs have many avenues by which they can receive financial assistance, including a variety of ways in which we assist them in self-fundraising. GIVING BACK

HELPING THOSE THROUGH HARDSHIP & LOSS

The LAVA Foundation also serves to help families, businesses, or communities who have experienced extreme hardship, trauma, or loss. We do not publicize those we give our own form of charitable contributions to, but each and every case is special to us and holds a place in our hearts. There is no formal application process. If you know of an individual or family or business or community who is suffering hardship, trauma, or loss, and you want to see if the LAVA Foundation is able to help.
